My EdBetter Story

At EdBetter, I envision a future where teaching is recognized as a dynamic, high-impact craft—one that, like any performance profession, flourishes with the right balance of insight, autonomy, and expert coaching. Too often, we struggle to see what’s truly happening in classrooms, leaving blind spots in teaching and learning that limit both educators and students. EdBetter exists to change that.

We are building a system that illuminates classroom-level teaching and learning, supports teachers without surveillance, and makes expert coaching an embedded, continuous process rather than an occasional intervention.

Teaching is not static—it’s an evolving craft that deserves thoughtful support. My vision for EdBetter is to redefine how we support teachers through this path.
