Our Work

High-Quality Instructional Materials

We led the end‑to‑end development of Maryland’s statewide system for identifying HQIM. This work included securing unanimous state board approval for an HQIM framework grounded in building student knowledge and supporting all learners, and supporting district adoption and implementation.

Planning and Performance Management

In partnership with the Texas Education Agency and ESC Region 11, we designed and deployed a statewide initiative to strengthen executive leadership capacity for planning and performance management. This work supported 13 regional executive teams in building sustainable systems to manage implementation priorities, align routines, and monitor progress toward instructional goals.

We partner with state and local education agencies to build leadership capacity for instructional improvement aligned to HQIM. Our work supports leaders in clarifying instructional priorities, strengthening observation and feedback systems, and aligning professional learning to ensure high‑quality materials are used effectively in classrooms.
